We tailor our searches to the specifications of our clients, not on just those candidates who might be available. We bring the same quality control to candidate selection in any city, state or country.
Our own legal backgrounds with large firm and in-house experience allow us to understand our clients and their needs and demands, not only with respect to providing qualified candidates but by creating innovative and cost-effective staffing solutions. With our background in project management and staffing, we understand intuitively the size and scope of a given project and we have the ability to estimate how large a staff of contract attorneys a given project should have. Often we work closely with other vendors and strategic partners such as e-discovery software providers, data collection experts, review platforms and others. These close working relationships enable us to serve our clients better and ensure that all deadlines are understood and met.
As part of our flexible and effective client service, we view the start of a project as the beginning of the process, not the end. We manage all of our projects closely and check in frequently with our clients and candidates. Our decision-making is streamlined and, as partners, we ensure that answers to questions about costs, hours, modifications to the project or even unrelated staffing questions are given almost instantaneously.
